A parcel arrived today, inside it was a few photographs from a film that was sent away recently for developing. Taken on a beach on pretty much the only day this summer in which that friendly flaming ball of gas in the sky was visible. They aren't fantastic photos but it was the first time I have used a colour film since I was a child with a cheap little play camera.
